Job Summary: The Manager Board Affairs will provide company secretarial and legal advisory services to facilitate effective governance practices, operations of Board affairs and cost-effective legal advice to manage legal risks while enhancing business operations and growth.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should have a relevant Bachelor’s degree
