Job Summary: As a Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships within the FMCG sector. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the FMCG market dynamics.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the FMCG sector.
- Understand clients’ needs and objectives to propose solutions that align with their business goals.
- Drive sales growth through effective account management and cross-selling initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (such as marketing, operations, and supply chain) to ensure seamless execution of client strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on account status and sales forecasts.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or relevant role in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics, trends, and challenges.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Results-driven with a strategic approach to account management.
