Job Summary: The Human Resource Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor and consultant to the organization’s leadership and employees, aligning HR practices with business objectives to drive performance and foster a positive work environment. The HRBP acts as a liaison between the HR department and business units, ensuring that HR strategies and initiatives support the overall goals and values of the organization.
Qualifications Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR roles.
- Previous experience as an HRBP or similar role.
- Experience in managing and implementing HR projects and initiatives.
- Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is desirable.
- Membership to HRMAU
- Proficiency in HRIS and talent management systems.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and employment regulations.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
