Job Summary: Golden Marketing Uganda is searching for a passionate Head Digital & Social Media Marketing Manager to spearhead our efforts in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) space. You’ll be a strategic thinker with a creative spark, comfortable working in the dynamic world of Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns for our FMCG clients.
- Craft compelling content that engages audiences and drives brand awareness.
- Manage social media channels, influencer partnerships, and online communities.
- Integrate BTL activations with online strategies for maximum impact.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Three years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG or BTL agencies.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content creation.
- Proven ability to develop and execute creative digital campaigns.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing budgets.
- A passion for data analysis and using insights to optimize campaigns.
Bonus points for:
- Experience working with FMCG brands in Uganda.
- Understanding of BTL activation strategies and their integration with digital.
- A creative mind that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
