Job Summary:  As a Used Car Salesperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the perfect vehicle that meets their needs and budget. You will guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide them with information about our inventory of used cars.
  • Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
  • Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits.
  • Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Handle all paperwork and documentation related to vehicle sales.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales lot and showroom.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree
  • One year of related work experience
  • Previous experience in car sales or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • High level of motivation and a strong work ethic.
  • Basic knowledge of cars and automotive industry trends.
  • Proficiency in using computers and basic office software.
  • Valid driver’s license
