Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and converting opportunities into sales. The role requires a deep understanding of solar products and services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for renewable energy solutions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solar solutions based on their requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate project specifications and quotations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, preferably in the solar energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of solar products, systems, and installation processes.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent negotiation and networking skills.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
