Job Summary: The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff. This position requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any related field. Additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
- One to two years of experience in a front desk or reception role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
