Job Summary: The Machine Operator will mainly operate, maintain the area machinery on time, adhere to CGMP and proper work ethics so as to achieve the overall Company goal
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To run all machines in packaging area as per SOP and ensure optimal output.
- Ensure cleanliness of the machine and proper maintenance as per SOP.
- To participate and coordinate preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
- To record all unit processes related to machine run
- Ensure that any other duties assigned by the supervisor (in line with production activities) are executed to management expectations.
- Timely operation of all machines in the packaging area
- Machine trouble shooting in the area
- Recording all the unit processes.
- Minimizing machine rejects and meeting daily targets
- Performing daily preventative maintenance and maintaining area and machinery clean
- Timely communicating the machine break downs to Team leader
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Two years of experience working in relevant / similar company.
