Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with expertise in drone photography to join our real estate team. The Graphic Designer and Drone Photographer will play a crucial role in creating visually captivating marketing materials for our properties and projects. This role involves both graphic design responsibilities and the operation of drones to capture aerial imagery and videos of our properties. The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of creativity, technical skills, and a keen understanding of real estate marketing.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design visually appealing marketing materials for real estate properties including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, digital ads, and social media graphics.
- Develop branding elements such as logos, color schemes, and typography to enhance the visual identity of our properties and projects.
- Work closely with our real estate marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions that highlight property features and amenities.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various marketing channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends in real estate marketing and incorporate innovative design concepts into our marketing materials.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Capture stunning aerial imagery and videos of our properties using drones, showcasing unique perspectives and highlighting key selling points.
- Edit and enhance drone footage and imagery to create engaging promotional videos and virtual tours for our properties.
- Work closely with Marketing Team in India to fulfill their design and photography needs for property listings and promotional materials.
- Provide guidance and support to junior designers and assist with their professional development when necessary.
Qualifications Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Photography, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
- Experience operating drones and capturing high-quality aerial imagery and videos, preferably in a real estate context.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with real estate marketing teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering visually stunning and accurate representations of our properties.
- Knowledge of real estate marketing trends, property staging, and photography best practices is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements while maintaining a positive attitude and creative mind-set.
