Job Summary: This is a full-time on-site role as a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst located in Kampala. The Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing budgets and forecasts, and creating financial models to support business decision-making. They will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations for improving business performance.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Relevant certifications (such as Full ACCA , CFA or CPA) are a plus
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in financial planning and analysis
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Advanced knowledge of financial modelling
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
