Job Summary:   As an Administration and Finance Assistant, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of organizational activities with a focus on financial management and administrative support. Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of crucial tasks, combining financial acumen with administrative efficiency to maintain the organization’s operational integrity.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, expenses, and receipts. Assist in preparing financial reports and budgeting activities.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and organizing meetings. Handle office supplies management and vendor relations.
  • Data Management: Organize and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for financial and administrative purposes.
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing timely responses.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Support compliance efforts with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to finance and administration.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating special projects, including research, data analysis, and report preparation as needed.




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably related to the role (finance, business management, but not limited) from a notable institution
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, with a strong understanding of financial processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency in financial software and office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, QuickBooks).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
