Job Summary: The AC Technician is mainly responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems in various settings, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in AC systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
  • Respond to emergency breakdowns and repair requests promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete projects on time and within budget.




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Degree or diploma in electrical engineering or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in AC installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Strong knowledge of AC electrical principles and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
