Job Summary: The Finance & Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health and administrative operations of the hospital. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong financial management skills, effective leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is highly desirable.
- At least three years of experience in a financial management role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office and electronic health record management systems
- Ability to track multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
- Proficiency with financial management software and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare financial regulations and compliance requirements.
