Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Distribute Tenza Flour Mills products to retail stores, bakeries, restaurants, and other establishments across Uganda.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our customer base, reaching new markets and increasing sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and representing the company in a professional manner.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in distribution, sales, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences is a must.
