About Organisation:
Rushere Cooperative Savings and Credit Society Limited is a registered SACCO in Rushere Town Council, Nyabushozi County, in Kiruhura District. It operates in the districts of Kiruhura, Ibanda, and Mbarara, Sembabule, Kamwenge, Kyegegwa and Lyantonde.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee branch operations
- Manage resources and staff.
- Develop and attain branch goals
- Deliver customer service
- Grow branch assets and revenues
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting & Finance, or related field
- Three years of experience in a related field
- Knowledge of lending procedures is an added advantage
- Communication skills
- Result-oriented
- Organizing and planning skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Minimum age of 25 years
