Job Title: Automation Project Manager

Job Summary: The Automation Project Manager will support the roll out of automation across selected sites
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Readiness checks
- Infrastructure readiness before cutover week
- Key users and process Champions onboarding
- Site change impact assessment and change action plan
- Report back to command center on site readiness through Change manager
Business Cutover
- Onsite retailer engagement and confirm readiness before go-live
- Onsite daily kick off and insight to retailer and installation team
- Track cut over plan and onsite activity calendar
- Maintain site issues log and track progress
Hyper care
- Retailer daily check point call to the PM
- Daily report back to command center on site health through the Change manager
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should have relevant qualifications
- Demonstration of the aspired Enterprise First behaviours (Leadership, Accountability, Teamwork) and VIVO core values (Honesty, Integrity, Respect for People)
- Strong team member with excellent communications skills
- Basic IT skills
- Previous Retail experience and Competence, particularly in Sales & Operations is a bonus.
