Job Summary: The Assistant Manager Transaction Advisory will work as part of our TAS team to deliver high-quality engagements and supports clients through complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, valuations and strategic investments.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in the preparation and presentation of proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our expertise and capabilities in transaction advisory services.
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of engagements.
- Performs detailed financial analysis, including financial modelling, valuation, and forecasting, to support clients’ transaction decision-making processes.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A master’s degree or professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or CMA is preferred.
- A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in transaction advisory, investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modelling, and valuation techniques.
