Job Title: Accountant

Kido Smile Toys is a company that primarily sells toys for children for all ages.
Job Summary: We are searching for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s finances, ensuring accurate financial records, and preparing financial statements. You will also play a key role in supporting the decision-making process by providing financial analysis and insights.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Proficient in handling the URA portal.
- Prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Perform tax calculations and prepare tax returns (if applicable).
- Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate financial information to management and other stakeholders.
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on current accounting practices and tax laws.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (GAAP).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Marg).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
