Premier Credit Limited was established in May 2014 as a credit only microfinance to provide financial solutions to corporates, government and individual entrepreneurs. We continue to leverage on the strong relationships built with our customers to understand their needs and develop products that suit them. Since its launch, Premier Credit has grown to service over 30,000 customers through a country-wide network of more than 22 branches and an end-to-end automated service delivery model.

 

Job Summary:   The overall purpose of this role is to provide a one-stop financial solution to retail customers following-up on non-funded and dormant accounts, up-selling and cross-selling to account holders and potential leads, provide efficient, effective customer service with utmost level of consistency and quality to all customers.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Outbound campaigns – Make outbound Calls to drive funding, inactivity management, dormant account reactivation etc.
  • Identify opportunities to push the Institution’s products and services by customarily requesting inward customers for stretched business and referrals, to aid in the proceeding with business growth of the Institution.
  • Achieve in Initiating contact with pre-existing customer and address inquiries seeking to establish a long-term valuable relationship, largely founded on enhancing sales deliverables.
  • Capture Voice of Customer (VOC) on various products and services and address any complaints for service recovery and customer satisfaction
  • Quality health check calls, market intelligence on products and services consumed by customers from the competition and customer profiling.
  • Ensure customer feedback and insights from the various campaigns is accurately captured and any urgent customer issue is escalated for resolution.




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in any academic discipline from a recognized University
  • At least 6 months experience in Banking / Microfinance industry. Experience in customer service is a plus

  • Good communication skills.
  • Selling skills.
  • Basic product knowledge.
  • Good Interpersonal Skills.
  • Problem solving abilities

 

Area of Residence: Preferably candidates staying around Kampala and the close neighboring towns
