About Organisation:
The Office of the Prime Minister (OPM) is the Leader of Government Business in Parliament and responsible for the coordination and implementation of Government Policies across Ministries, Departments and other Public Institutions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reports to the Program Officer
- Responsible for the receipt and release of goods from the store on authorization
- Maintain an up dated inventory of assets and property under the Desk
- In charge of stock taking of all government assets and property under the desk
- Ensure security of all property under custody
- Compile fuel consumption reports
- Perform any other duty assigned from time to time
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Applicants should be a holder of an honours Degree in Stores Management or Supply Chain Management or Business management (BBA) from a recognised a recognised University. A certificate in professional supplies and logistics management studies shall be an added advantage.
- Applicant must have a minimum of two years working experience
