Job Summary:  If you are a self-driven person who is great at creating and building new relationships, you are the person that NIC Life Assurance needs. The Life Protection Advocates will be responsible for taking on the financial management and risk mitigation advisory role through ensuring growth gurus of NIC Life Assurance policies in the Ugandan Market with the following as the key performance indicators;

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source for potential buyers with whom consultative meetings are scheduled.
  • Advice on the right Life Assurance policy solution.
  • Grow the client portfolio through new business acquisitions.
  • Manage the client portfolio through client relationship management.
  • Maintain consistency in performance and achieve set targets.
  • Maintain strong industry knowledge of pertinent facts.





Qualifications Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must at least hold a Diploma or any Business-Related Course from a recognised institution of higher learning.
  • High level of integrity, honesty and professionalism.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Should be open-minded and with a trainable attitude.
  • Highly competitive spirit with a high-achiever attitude.
  • Presentable, Smart and Audible
  • Age: Between 20 to 35 years.
