Job Summary:  We are sourcing for suitably qualified professionals to assign to our Client to fill the job of Contact Centre Staff

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls
  • Providing Customer Support
  • Recording and Documenting Interactions
  • Meeting Performance Metrics
  • Continuous Learning and Adaptation





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Candidates should be already pre-screened and gone through interviews. (Share interview reports if available)
  • Candidates must be below 28 years of age.
  • Must be tech savvy, have basic office knowledge and able to use social media apps like Instagram, TikTok, X and facebook and must be trainable.
  • Ability to empathize given most of our clients are patients.
  • Candidates should be ready to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
  • Out of the 10 candidates, the following should be able to speak the languages below:
    • 2- Luganda+ Ateso+ Kuman
    • 2- Luganda + Runyankore + Rukiga + Runyoro + Rutoro + Rukonjo
    • 2- Acholi + Langi + Alur (Luo)
    • 2- Luganda + Lusoga + Lugwere + Samia
    • 2- Luganda + Lumasaba + Kupsabiny
