Job Summary:  We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor to join our team at GIS/Transport Limited. As a Site Supervisor, He will be responsible at the lot level to coordinate and support the various adjudication teams working at the districts in the lot s, ensuring their successful completion within budget and schedule while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: The duties of the Site Supervisor shall be:

• To provide technical and logistical support to the Adjudication Teams;
• Be responsible for Quality Control of information generated by adjudication teams;
• Truck the progress and compile records of dispute resolution by village and share this information with district and the MoLHUD;
• Upload, back up and transmission of data to the processing Centre;
• Other duties as required for the achievement of project objectives and successful implementation of the project;

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Possess a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in GIS, Land Surveying or related fields and a minimum of 8 years of experience of Land Information, adjudication or titling project implementation.
• Have strong technical expertise in the supervision, monitoring and carrying out works required in this ToR and including a minimum of 5 years of experience of implementation of similar projects in developing countries;
• Must have experience in use of Tablets for Surveying and Mapping and be able to trouble shoot tablet hardware and software issues
• Should have practical experience in Geo-ICT (Geo-Information Communication Technology with Geospatial and ICT capacities) and specific experience in GIS mobile applications.
• Language proficiency – must be fluent in English, writing and presentation.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Outstanding leadership skills
• Excellent effective communication skills
