Salary: UGX 600,000 ~ 1,000,000 / M + Sales Commission.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Kampala for promoting and selling our fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) to various customers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers to drive sales.
- Manage and execute the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the market and current products to recommend solutions based on customer needs.
- Regularly meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- One year of sales experience, especially in FMCG or paper industry
- Good track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team
- Self-motivated and results-driven
