Job Summary: Total Energies EP Uganda is Graduate Trainee opportunities to fresh university graduates a bachelor’s degree not exceeding two years after graduation with academic scores that reflect a potential minimum of an upper second degree.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide support in Field Operations to coordinate Well control automation engineering workshops, in collaboration with HQ well performance and Field Operations discipline experts
• Coordinate Well startup sequence & strategy preparation
• Develop sequence of individual wells start up for the operations phase
• Coordinate preparation of Well Operating philosophy and an SOR of future CWE (Collaborative Working Environment)
• Develop digital tools for well operations road map with budget and planning figures in collaboration with subject matter experts

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in production and/or Petroleum Geoscience.
• At least two years of post-graduation experience in the petroleum industry.
