Job Summary: The factory supervisors will assist managers to train, and evaluate team members; develop, review, and improve methods, procedures and generally ensure the shoe quality is up to standard.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Diploma in Business administration or any related Field.
- Leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
- Willingness to continue building skills through educational opportunities
