Job Title:   Field Sales Officer (Several Entry level Jobs)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Seek and educate potential Boda Loan customers on Mogo Loans SMC Ltd and its Boda Boda loan products.
• Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly and yearly sales Targets.
• Maintaining an accurate record of sales, scheduled customer appointments and customer complaints.
• Following up on payment commitments made by customers to ensure compliance.
• Administration of Boda loans and monitoring closely all loan repayments to ensure that Portfolio quality is well managed.
• Screening and enrolling eligible customers by guiding them on the requirements for a Boda Boda loan.
• Calling potential customers to explain company products and encouraging purchases.
• Answering customers’ questions and escalating complex issues to relevant departments.
• Developing and sustaining long-lasting customers.
• Analyzing competitors, products, and procedures for better delivery by Mogo Loans SMC Ltd.
• Provide regular feedback to the Branch Manager with any relevant information that will maintain and improve customer acquisition, repayments, and retention.
• Follow up will all defaulting customers to ensure that the Portfolio at Risk is maintained at acceptable levels.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• A Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, Education Economics, or any other relevant field.
• At least two years of working experience as a loans officer or in the Microfinance Industry.
• Must have a proven performance track record with a clean background.
• Preferably familiar with the Boda Boda Industry
• Experience in riding and should possess a valid riding/driving permit with class A.
• Must demonstrate high level of discipline and integrity.
• Age: Between 22 and 32 years of age
