Job Summary: We’re expanding and need a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our growth. The incumbent will lead operations in sales, marketing, customer service, instructor management, and financials. Drive growth, streamline processes, and inspire our team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales & Marketing: Boost customer acquisition and revenue.
- Operations: Ensure smooth daily operations and efficiency.
- Instructor Management: Hire, train, and lead instructors.
- Financials management: Manage budgets and financial performance.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute growth strategies.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Five years of experience in driving school management or similar.
- Proven success in sales, marketing, and operations.
- Strong leadership and financial skills.
