Double Q Co. Ltd is the leading and authorized distributor of SINOTRUK and XCMG road equipment, as well as spare parts and accessories for heavy machines and trucks in Uganda. This includes trucks, mobile cranes and excavators, as well as product related service offerings such as: vehicle financing, insurance, GPS and rental services to enable our clients to focus on their core business.
Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape our marketing initiatives and make a significant impact on our business.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Manage the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment and maximize results.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in a marketing management role, with a track record of driving results.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
