Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Independence Avenue. in Mbale City is a private hospital which has been in operation since 2009 with a Mission of providing timely and cost effective specialized clinical services using motivated professional for a satisfying client experience and a Vision of ‘A preferred health service provider.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing job descriptions and the management of employment processes
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and system
- Communicating to staff about issues affecting their performance
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
- Assist in performance management processes
- Oversee the health and safety of all employees
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of degree in Human resources
- Three years of experience in human resources
- Working knowledge of employee legislations. full understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Labour relations certificate will be an added advantage
