Job Summary: The Supply Officer is tasked with prompt and accurate posting of stocks in SAP, fuel purchases stock reconciliations and vendor invoice analysis for payment flows.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in the sourcing and supply of Petroleum products planning.
- Analyze supply purchases and post in SAP.
- Prepare and present stock reconciliation on monthly basis.
- Maintain vendor lists and analyze invoices prior to payments process.
- Participate in SAP-MM maintenance when required.
- Prepare and train unaccustomed users for SAP-MM flows.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Procurement & Logistics, Accounting and or any other related field.
- One year of experience in Supply logistics.
- Proficiency in SAP.
- MS-Office Analytical & Reporting skills.
- Stakeholders Management Uganda Customs requirements.
- Team Player.
