Job Summary: We want to build a vibrant Business Development team, and to do so we need competent and trustworthy Sales Executives willing to work on a commission basis with minimum facility in the form of a retainer. The sales executives’ responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Suppose you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable contacting potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through physical meetings, email, and phone. In that case, we’d like to meet you.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform sales activation in different locations.
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in business or any related field.
- Two years of experience in a busy working environment preferably in sales and marketing.
