Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Execute marketing plans and campaigns across various channels.
- Manage and grow social media presence.
- Coordinate with delivery riders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Keenly analyze sales performance and market trends to drive business growth.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in sales and marketing, ideally in e-commerce or retail.
- Strong digital marketing and social media skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
- Ability to ensure consistency and customer centricity throughout the operations.
