Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Promoter/Merchandiser for our Diaper and Sanitary Napkin range. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote, merchandise, and maintain the presence of our Aiwibi, Aiwina and Bella Flora products in various retail outlets across.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Product Promotion:
- Conduct product demonstrations and sampling activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Engage with customers to educate them about the features and benefits of Aiwibi, Aiwina and Bella Flora products.
- Implement promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Merchandising:
- Ensure proper placement and visibility of Aiwibi, Aiwina and Bella Flora products on shelves and displays in retail outlets.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish products as needed to prevent stockouts.
Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to gain support for promotional activities and ensure cooperation in merchandising efforts.
- Collaborate with retail partners to identify opportunities for increased product placement and visibility.
Data Collection and Reporting:
- Collect data on product performance, customer feedback, and competitor activities to provide insights for future marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales trends, promotional effectiveness, and merchandising compliance.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Two years’ experience in the retail sector is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of the FMCG industry and retail operations is a plus.
- Ready to work odd hours to meet business goals.
