Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource management from a recognized institution.
- Should have at least a two (2) year experience in factory related human resource activities.
- Should be well vast with computing skills not only limited to normal computer operations.
- Ability to plan and fast track activities in the schedules given.
- Willingness to build on expertise for all factory staff
