We’re seeking talented Junior Developers to join our team as the company expands operations.
Job Summary: The Graphics Designer & Video Editor is an integral part of the company’s business development team, and the creative should be on top of the design trends, tools and technologies, be able to design rapidly, have short turn-around times, have strong technical skills and a deep understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite, ability to effectively showcase & present your work
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Discuss and develop concepts and ideas for visually impactful designs
- Create high-quality graphics using Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate with other teams to determine project graphics needs
- Present designs to team for feedback and approval
- Revise designs based on feedback and make necessary changes
- Prepare final files for print or digital publishing
- Making, reviewing, organizing raw images & videos, making adverts
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphics, 3D, Video or a related field
- Passion for design, storytelling and a strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- A portfolio of design works showing your creative & impactful designs
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills working in a team
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be up-to-date with industry trends, software, techniques & practices
- Strong technical skills & deep understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing your skills, style, and creativity
- Making revisions, open to feedback & constructive criticism to improve
- Ability to reach target audiences with stunning & appropriate visuals
- Translate requirements into solutions that meet need & solve the problem
- Good communication, collaboration working with supervisor & team
- Creative, innovative, problem-solver, develop original, impactful designs
- Strong work ethic, meet deadlines & deliver high-quality work
