Job Summary: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients who need our digital marketing services. You will engage with prospects, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that align with their business goals. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals passionate about digital marketing and eager to develop their sales skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Client Engagement: Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges related to digital marketing.
- Presentations and Pitches: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and pitches to showcase our services and how they can benefit the client.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure client requirements are accurately conveyed and met.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales performance to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services (websites, SEO, social media management, graphic design, paid ads).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
