Job Summary: As the Executive Chinese Chef, you will be the culinary visionary behind our esteemed Chinese kitchen. Your creativity and expertise will craft menus that blend tradition with innovation. You will lead a team of passionate chefs and inspire and guide our culinary team to consistently deliver a memorable dining experience to our clients.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant must hold a diploma or degree in the related field of application
• Five years of related work experience
• Proven experience as an Executive Chinese Chef or in a similar role in a five-star luxury hotel operation or fine dining environment
• Solid understanding of food cost control inventory management, and procurement processes to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
• With extensive knowledge and appreciation of Chinese culinary traditions, ingredients, and cuisine. with a passion for creativity and innovation
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to train and motivate a diverse team of culinary professionals; with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and guests.
• Exceptional organizational acumen, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently while prioritizing quality and guest satisfaction.
• Nationality: Any but preferably Ugandan
