Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of telesales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets for civil servant loans.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members to optimize their sales techniques and productivity.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance metrics, such as conversion rates, call quality, and adherence to compliance standards.
- Implement strategies to improve sales processes, call handling efficiency, and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales interactions.
- Utilize call center software and CRM systems effectively to track sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries, escalations, and operational issues promptly.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team members’ product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service abilities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- A minimum of one year of proven expertise in sales team leadership within a call center environment, along with experience in civil servant loans, credit, telesales, or related roles is advantageous.
- Proven expertise in sales team leadership, civil servant loans, credit, telesales, or call center roles is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills essential for articulating product features and motivating sales teams effectively.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrates a strong orientation towards delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Target Driven: Exhibits a track record of consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets.
- Team Player: Collaborates effectively within a team to achieve shared objectives.
- Integrity and Analytical Skills: Demonstrates integrity, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in credit activities. Must possess computer literacy.
