Job Summary:  The Business Development Manager will oversee sales growth across multiple areas (washing bay, saloon, restaurant and bar)

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Degree in Business/ Administration/Marketing
• Experience in the hospitality or service industry
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strategic thinking: Develop and execute sales strategies.
• Leadership: Manage teams, inspire sales performance.
• Analytical skills: Analyze sales data for informed decisions.
• Communication: Excellent presentation to stakeholders.
• Marketing knowledge: Develop effective campaigns.
