Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will oversee sales growth across multiple areas (washing bay, saloon, restaurant and bar)
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Degree in Business/ Administration/Marketing
- Experience in the hospitality or service industry
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strategic thinking: Develop and execute sales strategies.
- Leadership: Manage teams, inspire sales performance.
- Analytical skills: Analyze sales data for informed decisions.
