Job Title: Batching Plant Manager

Excel Construction Ltd. is one of the leading players in the Ugandan Construction industry and operates nationally through their head office located at Plot 43-45 Eng. Zikusoka Way, Jinja. Excel construction Ltd was formed as a joint venture company between Muljibhai Madhvani and company and Gomba Construction Ltd in 1992.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Reporting to the Project Manager, the incumbent wit be responsible for:
- Oversees the operations of Concrete batch plant to meet objectives and targets
- Ensures the timely delivery of concrete products based on agreed schedule.
- Ensure that the plant has sufficient stock of materials to support client RMC requirements.
- Ensures that all plant and plant equipment is available and in good working condition.
- Evaluates monthly reports on accomplishment, issuance of materials.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent professional certification in that field
- A minimum of five years of experience
- The applicant must have computer knowledge and must experience in a construction company.
