Job Summary: The MIS & Analytics Manager is responsible for providing timely, accurate, and focused information to the S&D operations manager, sales & distribution directors, commercial director, & finance departments.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the commercial teams in preparing yearly and quarterly reforecast.
- Prepare variance analysis reports and commentary.
- Provide commercial with reports on activations and Business revenues.
- Provide reports to compute monthly incentives payable.
- Develop sales target setting templates.
- Prepare presentations on monthly performance for commercial.
- Provide commercial with distributor and staff monthly performance reports.
- Provide Financial SD Cost review templates and Budget forecasts.
- Tracking KPI’s of all key new launches for a period of three months daily to be measured and evaluated monthly.
- Preparation of the commercial projects & proposals business cases.
- Preparation of Weekly Commercial reports, Dashboard and Management meeting presentations.
- Preparation of a Commercial Planning tool to aid organizational planning & reforecast.
- Provide MAPA Commentaries, update on departmental initiatives, and End month closure schedules on Distributor Commissions, Staff Incentives & other SD Cost
- Cascading information on Monthly Performance, Remuneration earnings and business updates to Channel Partners and SD team.
- Working closely with Geo-marketing team to review Territory & Zonal boundaries, based on ROIs for Channel partners and other SD infrastructure elements.
- Liaise with Finance, IT, Legal and other departments to resolve issues affecting distribution Partners and SD team.
- Support the Sales & Commercial Directors in developing and implementing SD strategies and initiatives; providing clarity to other departments, Channel Partners, RBMs and TMs to ensure that mechanics, processes, and procedures are well understood and followed.
- Preparation of KYC KIT, Sim pack, Stationery, and other device forecasts.
- Set up stock management templates to follow up inventory status in liaison with warehouse management & Retail team.
- Any other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer science, IT, Data science or any related field.
- At least three years of experience in business or sales management.
- Able to operate in a performance driven organization.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent and effective communications skills, both orally and in writing.
