Job Title:   Veterinary Practice Manager

About Organisation:

Vetpal Animal Care was founded in 2020. It started as a predominantly house call veterinary service and later, a formal veterinary clinic was established.  For pet owners around Kampala, Uganda, we are happy to serve you with our wide range of traditional veterinary services for your lovely pet including but not limited to General medicine, surgery, dental care, pet accessories and pet travel.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead our team and manage day-to-day operations
  • Oversee finance, HR, marketing, and customer service
  • Build relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Analyze and improve practice performance

 




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business Administration or related field advantageous)
  • No veterinary background needed
  • Animal lover willing to work with animals especially dogs and cats
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
