Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets for review by management.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and other financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and tax filings.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decision making.
- Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and implement changes as necessary.
- Assist in special projects and ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Full or partial professional qualifications such as CFA/CPA/ACCA or similar will be considered a plus
- The applicant must hold a BS and above degree in Finance and Accounting.
- Proven knowledge of financial analysis, strategy, and management.
- Three years of experience in reputable finance roles in the construction, real estate and engineering field will be a priority.
- Be able to handle all kinds of auditing tasks in connection with the company independently.
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislation.
- Attention to detail, strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Be able to work under a high-pressure, fast-paced, and multi-cultural environment.
- Proficient use of finance software is a major requirement.
