Job Title:   Field Agent (4 Fresher Jobs)

Duty Station: Kayunga (3 Positions) and Alebtong (1 Position), Uganda

Impact Water is a for-profit, social enterprise dedicated to providing safe drinking water solutions at scale. We sell high-performing water purification systems to social institutions (like schools, hospitals and health clinics) and workplaces, with multiyear, low-cost credit terms so that providing safe, great tasting drinking water to students, patients and employees is easier than ever. We’re the first drinking water solutions company to allow schools to time their installment payments with the receipt of schools fees.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver Impact Water Aqua TABs to   schools in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct school Education visits to enhance product awareness and usage among teachers, staff, and students.
• Gain insights on challenges schools face in providing safe drinking water to students and suggest viable recommendations
• Submit weekly Reports and financial expense reports to your supervisor
• Support in recruiting, training, and monitoring plumbers in their geographical zones as the need arises
• Ensure data collected using our various Apps, majorly Taro works is correctly filled and submitted
• Deliver documents for signing from the company to the schools or vice versa
• Obtain up-to-date information on beneficiary schools to facilitate service delivery
• Establish a relationship with the LGA Education Secretary for smooth field operations
• Travel to beneficiary schools in assigned local government for SEPU engagement visits
• Foster a trustful relationship between schools and IW through good rapport
• Coordinate with Impact Water’s Operation and SEPU departments for product and service delivery
• conducting water quality tests at specific schools as needed
• Return undelivered Aqua TABs to your Supervisor

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• One to two years of relevant experience
• Proficient in English and Langi for Alebtong, and English and Luganda for Kayunga
• Must own an Android phone of good quality
• Enjoy interacting and meeting with people
• Reside within the assigned district of Alebtong or Kayunga
• Must be a resident of the assigned district
• The candidate must be willing to travel to remote locations (if beneficiary schools are located there) to carry out SEPU engagement visits if there are no security issues.
• Experience in data collection is an added advantage for candidates
