Job Title:  Field Extension Officer (3 Fresher Jobs)

Duty Station: Isingiro and Nakivale, Uganda

About US:

Agro & More Limited offers professional farm extension services and supply you with quality affordable farm inputs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits for farmers and farmer groups
• Set up vegetable demonstration gardens in the communities
• Mobilize and train farmers and farmer groups using the set demonstration gardens.
• Use your business acumen to sell inputs among the communities of operations
• Report to the Production Manager.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• A minimum of a Diploma in Agriculture from a certified institution.
• Two years minimum work experience in an Agricultural related field.
• Able to ride a motorcycle.
• Fluent in English and local dialect (Runyankole/Kinyarwanda).
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Below 35 years of age.
