Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively promote bakery products to customers, highlighting special offers, new arrivals, and seasonal items…
- Greet customers as they enter the bakery outlet and assist them in selecting bakery products.
- Monitor and replenish product displays to ensure items are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Ensure that bakery products are displayed attractively and in compliance with food safety standards.
- Collaborate with bakery staff and other sales people to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma / Bachelors in Marketing or Catering and any other related field.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or food service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays where need be.
