Kyamuhunga Peoples Co-operative Savings and Credit Society (KYAPS) is a Cooperative Savings and Credit Society (SACCO) duly registered with the Registrar of Co-operatives and issued with a certificate number 7053 in 2004.
Job Summary: KYAPS is looking for passionate Sales Agents to join its sales team.
To be successful as a Sales Executive you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive KYAPS sales growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and implement sales strategies.
- Contact potential and existing customers on the phone, email, and in person.
- Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Manage the sales process through specific reporting lines.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly Sales targets.
- Participate in sales team meetings.
- Build rapport with customers and close sales.
- Make Client Referrals to Supervisor where it is deemed paramount.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in business related field.
- Should posses 2 principle passes at A’ Level and credits in English and Mathematics at O’ Level
- One year of sales experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Power point
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Persuasive and knowledgeable of industry regulations.
- Age: 20 to 30 years
