Job Summary: The primary role of the Account Relationship Manager is to ensure delivery of the NFT Managed Services solution by building existing accounts and growing sales revenue. He/She is responsible for understanding the clients’ business, recommending solutions that are fulfilling to the clients’ needs and managing delivery within the agreed timelines. The Account Relationship Manager will build mutually beneficial business relationships, present compelling presentations and close business for a portfolio of Managed Services, Payroll Management and HR Process Outsourcing clients which will involve on and off site client engagements.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Efficient management of clients ensuring adherence to all contract SLAs.
- Key operational interface between the customer and cross functional teams.
- Ensure project related action items are reviewed and addressed in a timely manner; take the lead to provide proactive updates to clients.
- Proactively build and maintain strong customer relationships; maintain consistent communication and manage customer needs and expectations by ensuring project timelines are met.
- Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross selling.
- Collaborate with the sales team to reach prospective clients.
- Manage, build and maintain external and internal business relationships and support the NFT Consult solutions process for a client from inception to completion.
- Carry out market research on outsourcing trends to ensure competitiveness in the evolving labour market– research may include what competitors the clients are using, what trends are going on in the clients industry and/or business, changes in the company structure or any issues that could boost your strategic account management success.
- Proactively sourcing and building a competitive candidate database to support clients staffing requirements.
- Develop and implement the country strategic plan for new and existing business to meet and exceed annual sales revenue targets.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent required.
- A minimum of 2 years professional work experience in Recruitment, Account Relationship Management and Project Management.
- A flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Ability to think strategically.
- Initiative and confidence to start projects from scratch; meeting and exceeding targets set.
- Track record of success on project management and organization development.
- Tenacity and drive to seek new business consistently.
- Knowledge of QMS ISO 9001:2015.
- Knowledge of EHS especially in Oil and Gas, Minerals or Mining sector.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Team working skills and a collaborative approach to work.
- Strong IT skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills – needed for communicating with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Have strong Relationship Management skills within the corporate environment preferably in HR and Administration.
- A well-developed pattern of achievement, leadership, competitive skills, high levels of commitment and energy, motivation, flexibility and personal integrity.
- Strong Microsoft application skills, report writing skills and computer literate.
