Job Summary: We are searching for creative, highly enthusiastic graduates seeking to gaining experience and grow their cornerstones heights to supervise shoe making operations and monitor different team members.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the team members.
- Supervise the shoe making process to ensure the standard Quality Ismet.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving operating methods and procedures.
- Ensuring the workplace is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
- Building and expanding on skills by engaging in educational opportunities.
